What is the Exthetics membership plan?

  • The Exthetics membership plan is a convenient way for patients to manage the cost of their aesthetic treatments. It offers monthly payment options with various benefits and discounts tailored to individual needs.

Who is eligible to join the membership plan?

  • The membership plan is available to all patients aged 18 and above, subject to approval by Exthetics.

How does the payment schedule work?

  • Payments are processed automatically through GoCardless, a secure direct debit service, on the 1st working day of each month. The agreement is valid for 12 months from the date of enrolment.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

  • Yes, patients may upgrade or downgrade their plan at any time, subject to approval by Exthetics. Changes will take effect from the next billing cycle.  Any outstanding payments must be paid before downgrades become effective.

What happens if I need to cancel my membership plan?

  • Patients may cancel their membership plan at any time with 30 days’ notice by sending an email to anna@exthetics.co.uk. Any outstanding balances must be settled before cancellation is finalised, and any reductions in treatments and skincare will end.

Are there any restrictions on treatments?

  • The membership plan serves as a savings pot that patients can use to cover the cost of treatments offered by Exthetics. Patients can choose from a range of treatments, with higher-level plans offering more options and discounts.

Can I use the monthly standing order amount for skincare purchases?

  • The payment plan is for treatments only, you will be provided with a discount code according to the level you are on to order your skincare products via our online platform. All skincare includes free delivery.

Is the membership plan transferable?

  • No, the membership plan is non-transferable and cannot be shared with other individuals.

Can the terms and conditions of the membership plan be modified?

  • Exthetics reserves the right to modify or amend the terms and conditions of the membership plan at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to patients in writing or through electronic means.

How do I know which plan is right for me?

Monthly Payment Plan Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
  • The monthly payment plan is available to all patients aged 18 and above.
  • Participation in the plan is subject to approval by Exthetics.
  • The monthly payment plan is designed to help patients manage the cost of treatments and is not intended to incentivise treatments.
  • Some treatments may be declined by the practitioner if they are not suitable, medically contraindicated, or if the practitioner feels they are not in the best interests of the patient.
Payment Schedule:
  • Payments for the monthly payment plan are processed automatically through GoCardless, a secure direct debit service on the 1st working day of each month.
  • The monthly payment plan agreement is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of enrolment.
  • The first treatment must be paid in full at the time of service, and the payment plan commences from the second month onwards.
  • Subsequent payments are made on the date specified upon enrolment each month.
  • If the treatment cost exceeds the monthly payment, the difference must be paid on the day of the appointment.
  • Any unused benefits associated with the plan will expire at the end of the 12-month period and cannot be carried over.
  • Patients must utilise their allocated treatments within the specified timeframe.
