Whether you’re seeking assistance in a specific aesthetic skill, aiming to develop efficient clinical practices, or looking to enhance your consultation skills, we are here to help you succeed to the best of your ability.

Your Supervisor
At Exthetics, you will benefit from shadowing Anna Lee, a highly qualified and experienced aesthetics practitioner. Her qualifications include:
- BSc in Nursing and Health Studies
- Level 7 Injectable Medicine at Harley Academy
- Nurse Independent Prescriber
- Registered Nurse
- NVQ Level 3 Assessor
Anna has also been featured in the Journal of Aesthetic Nursing for an article discussing how national regulation will enhance patient outcomes.

What the Day Includes
You will observe Anna consulting and treating patients. While there won’t be an opportunity to inject, you can ask questions and see how the clinic is run. You will be in clinic from 9am until 3pm observing a range of treatments.

Anna Lee
Founder | Aesthetic Nurse Prescriber | Clinical Trainer
Anna is a Registered Nurse and Independent Nurse Prescriber with over 20 years of healthcare experience. She holds a Level 7 qualification in Injectables from Harley Academy and has trained extensively in regenerative and advanced aesthetic techniques.
Known for her natural-looking results and compassionate approach, Anna combines her deep knowledge of facial anatomy with the safest, evidence-based methods.
In addition to leading Exthetics, Anna is a clinical trainer at Devon & Cornwall Aesthetics Academy, mentoring new aesthetics professionals across the region.
Rachel
Aesthetic Nurse | Clinical Nurse Manager
Rachel brings over 20 years of NHS nursing experience and currently serves as a Clinical Nurse Manager at the Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital. At Exthetics, she offers a wide range of treatments including:
